For more than four decades, I’ve been solving complex delivery challenges in product development, from the shop floor to the C-suite. With over 45 years of experience in product development, 20+ years of applying modern delivery practices, and 15+ years as a consultant, I’ve guided organizations through transformations that have turned missed deadlines and constant firefighting into predictable, scalable delivery systems.

My career began as a hands-on engineer, and over the years, I transitioned into leadership roles where I learned that most teams don’t fail because of talent — they fail because their systems hinder their progress. That insight shaped my approach: fix the system, and the people will thrive.

I’ve helped mid-sized innovators and global leaders alike improve delivery speed, clarity, and team morale — often in less than three months. My work blends proven delivery frameworks, leadership practices, and change management techniques so improvements last and organizations can scale with confidence.

Along the way, I became the first Certified Scrum Coach in New England, built transformation programs that stuck long after I left, and trained thousands of leaders and teams. Whether in manufacturing, finance, or technology, my focus remains the same: deliver tangible business results, not just process change.
